01From the field to the bench
Start with the collection location, collection time, container and preservation information. Record sample receipt conditions and any exceptions before allocating work. This is a proposed evaluation workflow, not a record of a customer deployment.
02Preserve the meaning of the result
Define the method, units, reporting limits and review rules with the laboratory. Agree how instrument data is captured, how changes are reviewed and how the final report is released.
03Evidence to bring to an evaluation
Use an approved sample-receipt form, a representative test method and report layout. Customer case details and measured outcomes will be added only after review and publication permission.
