Connect laboratory work to material decisions.

Explore manufacturing QC evaluation across incoming materials, production samples, specifications and reviewed laboratory reports.

01

Follow the material or batch

Identify the relationship between incoming material, in-process samples and finished product. Agree sample identifiers, specifications and test plans before mapping an integration with production systems.

02

Make review responsibilities explicit

Define what happens when a result is outside a specification, a retest is requested or a report is revised. The laboratory review and production-release responsibilities must be agreed for the intended use.

03

Evaluate integration with actual records

Bring a batch example and the relevant ERP or MES interface specification. Published integration references are starting points for scoping, not a promise that every version is supported without configuration.
