01Discover and define
Start with representative laboratory work, not a list of software features. Define the intended use, user responsibilities, records, interfaces and acceptance criteria.
02Configure and verify
Agree how workflows are configured, how interfaces are checked and how exceptions are investigated. Validation scope, deliverables and responsibilities must be established for each project.
03Train and hand over
Document operating procedures, user training, change management and support responsibilities. International service availability and response arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
